Pushkar Prehar

Pushkar Prehar is an associate lawyer at Greenberg Hameed PC, a distinguished immigration law firm. He is a dual-qualified lawyer licensed to practice law in India and Canada (ON).
He has been involved in complex litigations before the Federal Court, challenging visa refusals of various categories, including temporary and permanent resident visas, Start-Up Business Class, family class sponsorships, and inadmissibility (medical, criminal, among others).
Pushkar specializes in high-risk, previously refused cases. He is actively involved in challenging the use of artificial intelligence and addressing procedural fairness issues associated with it.
Pushkar contributes to diversity and inclusion in the practice of law. As an immigrant, he is attuned to the issues faced by newcomers and makes advanced submissions before Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada, as well as the Federal Court.

Neha Batta is a seasoned Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC-IRB) with several years of experience navigating the complexities of Canadian immigration law. She holds a Certificate in Immigration: Law, Policies, and Procedures from the University of British Columbia and a Master’s degree in Technology.
Neha is the owner of Orion Immigration Services, and with a deep understanding of Canadian immigration policies and procedures, she provides consulting services to individuals, families, and businesses on a wide range of immigration matters. Over the past 17+ years, she has acquired extensive knowledge and experience in various domains, including Education, Customer Service, Aerospace, Customer Experience Management, Banking, and E-commerce.
As an immigrant herself, Neha understands the challenges of moving to a new country and the emotional weight it carries. She approaches each case with empathy and understanding, recognizing the profound impact immigration decisions can have on her clients' lives.
Beyond her work as an immigration consultant, Neha is actively involved in the immigration and immigrant communities. Breaking barriers, encouraging women to pursue careers in Technology, mentoring women to grow into leadership positions at work, and integrating immigrants into the Canadian work environment are some of the causes Neha is passionate about.

Benton has worked in immigration from every angle—as a visa officer posted to Canadian missions all over the world, as a manager with the BC Provincial Nominee Program, as a volunteer for nongovernmental organizations, and as an immigration lawyer. He brings this unique blend of real-world experience to the table to support his clients with informed, innovative advice. Benton focuses his practice on clients from the Fraser Valley, Vancouver Island, BC’s Interior, and beyond.
