Overview
In the Certificate in Provincial Nominee Programs, students will explore the Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs), and the agreements for the nominee programs. Students will become familiar with each program’s selection criteria, application requirements and the variance between the programs. Additionally, students will look at the interplay between the provincial and federal authorities in the selection of foreign nationals both on a temporary and permanent basis with the understanding that applicants must be admissible to Canada.
We will initially examine the PNP Business Programs taking into consideration investment required, performance deposits, personal net worth and what qualifies as an eligible business.
We will then investigate other Provincial Nominee Programs various potential processing streams, including skilled workers, international graduates/students, entry-level/semi-skilled occupations, health professionals, farmers, self-employed, trades, and professionals.
