If you do not yet have an account, from the ashtonlive.com home page please follow these steps:

1. Click "Join the Stream" and on the next page click "Register for Free"

2. Fill out the form with your name, email address, occupation, and, if applicable, your licence number, then click Claim my free bundle! You will be redirected to "Your Library" in 10 seconds.

3. Click the AshtonLive logo in the top left corner to see our Catalog page of CPDs.

How can I access my purchased content on AshtonLive.com?

To access your content, simply follow these steps:

1. Visit our ashtonlive.com website and log in to your account.

2. Scroll down to "My Library".

3. Select the CPD (Continuing Professional Development) you wish to watch.

How can I purchase a new livestream offer?

To purchase a new livestream, simply follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account.

2. Click "watch here" on the featured livestream offer at the top of the Video Catalogue page.

3. Click on the blue title to the right of the video which includes the price of the seminar.

4. Follow the prompts on the checkout screen to complete your purchase.
   

How can I purchase a recorded Video-On-Demand (VOD)?

To purchase a VOD, simply follow these steps:

1.  Log in to your account.

2. Scroll down to the “CPD Seminar Videos” section. Click on the title of that section to explore all of our recorded seminars.

3. Select the video you are interested in and click on the blue title to the right of the video which includes the price of the seminar.

4. Follow the prompts on the checkout screen to complete your purchase.

Where can I find my invoice history?

For your convenience, your invoice history is available in your account on AshtonLive.com.

1. Log in to your account.

2. In the top-right corner, click on "Your Account."

3. Navigate to the "Purchases" tab.

4. Your invoice history will be displayed underneath the Payment Method section.
   

Your Library: Videos are added automatically to this section when you purchase CPD Seminars.

Your Favorites: When watching a CPD seminar click on the heart shaped icon “add to favorites”, underneath the video, to add the video to your Favorites section.
